The art of preparing an exquisite steak lies in not only the quality of the cut of meat but also where it comes from. Our beef is sourced from artisan butcher John Stone, purveyors of the highest quality dry aged beef from Ballymahon, County Longford. Guests can select their choice of cut, from picanha or fillet, to Côte de boeuf to share, and enjoy to their liking with an array of sauces and sides.
We’ve sourced the best steaks from Ireland to give our diners the most succulent and flavourful experience possible. But we didn’t stop there, we’ve also brought in some of the finest selection of cuts from abroad including Australian wagyu and grass-fed beef from New Zealand, authentic Japanese wagyu, Uruguayan grain fed beef and prime cuts from Creekstone farm in Arkansas, USA. These chalkboard specials are strictly limited, so don’t miss the opportunity to try something a little different.
The drinks menu showcases an extensive range of beverages, from an extensive selection of carefully chosen wine to classic cocktails that are simplistic, balanced and elegant. We use the highest quality ingredients to elevate classic cocktails to the next level using very slight modern twists, such as the house Gimlet created using homemade lime cordial, and the signature New York Sour with apple brandy, topped with a rich tawny port.
